With the promotion of high efficiency motors,a large number of low efficiency motors will be eliminated in China.So,how to deal with these motors was the problem that our country faced.However,the eliminated low efficiency motors can be reused highly,resource saving and recycling economy can be realized by high-efficient remanufacturing for three-phase asynchronous motors.In the process of high-efficient remanufacturing for three-phase asynchronous motors,the key difficult problems were how to design an scheme of high-efficient remanufacturing for three-phase asynchronous motors and improve the efficiency of high-efficient remanufacturing.This thesis systematically studied the high-efficient remanufacturing for three-phase asynchronous motors with the method of the theoretical analysis and time-stepping finite element,the main works were as below.First of all,according to the design requirement of high-efficient remanufacturing for three-phase asynchronous motor,the evaluation system of high-efficient remanufacturing for three-phase asynchronous motor was established,and the key problem of three phase asynchronous motor high-efficient remanufacturing scheme design was analyzed.In addition,the principle of three-phase asynchronous motors electromagnetic losses were analyzed,and the influence factors of losses were analyzed.The finite element model of motor was established to analyze the motor's rated performance,and the accuracy of model was verified.That laid a theoretical foundation for how to designing high-efficient remanufacturing scheme of three-phase asynchronous motor.Further more,with the finite element model of motor,the influence of factors,which were stator slot size,magnetic wedge,copper rotor,stator winding pitch and sine winding,were analyzed.And the relationship between the motor losses and factors were revealed.It provided an important reference for designing scheme of high-efficient remanufacturing for three-phase asynchronous motors.At last,the design process of high-efficient remanufacturing for three phase asynchronous motor was presented that based on the time-stepping finite element method.YKK5005-6 was took as an example,according to the design process of high-efficient remanufacturing,and the qualified high-efficient remanufacturing scheme was selected.
