Energy shortage in the world today is an important issue bearing on the global environment and to improve the survival of mankind. Energy-saving technology and product development in the 21st century has become the subject of industrial development.Power energy is secondary energy Asynchronous motor is the most widely used motor. Asynchronous motors in China consume more than 50% of the total power. Therefore, reduce the Asynchronous motor power consumption for saving energy is significant. Single phase asynchronous motor is widely used in household appliances, Production of the high efficient motor comply with the national trend of the development of the industry, can break the long-term on dependence of imported products.So China's application of high-performance silicon have great significance in saving on production costs and increasing corporate profits.High-performance silicon steel can reduce the core loss .Can take full advantage of this feature if the motor is well designed.So this paper was to study the application of high-performance silicon in single-phase Async- hronous motor design and optimization.First of all, use high effect silicon replace the original one, analyse its performance in the motor that produced according to the scheme which includes the iron length the number of main coils and aux coils the main coil diameter and the aux coil diameter .These variables bring together to make the cost of motor lower and efficient higher enough.Output power,efficient,temperature rise,and loss are the restrictions.There are four different types of motor. Analyse the performance of the steel in every type .And at last point out the direction of high effect steel silicon in SPAM...
