Influence Mechanism Of Insight For Subconscious Hinted To Industrial Design Thinking Process

We can say design is that humans produce something for satisfying the people's needs creatively.The design process must be actuate by Design intent,Produce series of results(product).After a series of actions to perform.Industrial design process is the process to solve the problem,in this solution process,designer's concept from fuzzy/no structure become clear/ structure from the fuzzy concept to the final sketch performance.The design process is the process of problem solving,sometimes the inspiration would show during this process,actually this moment is “insight”,the emergence of insight will promote the development of the process.Effective use of Epiphany can help designers to break the mindset and promote the process of design.At present,the existing study found that the subconscious hinted can impact the design thinking,but this study was just stay research on the level of behavioral research.Due to the design process is a complicated mental activity in the brain,our study Using EEG monitoring equipment basic previous studies to explore the mechanism of insight in the process of design which has high time's resolution and precision.Our study also set a contrast group(group 1 receive subconscious hinted,group 2 not receive subconscious hinted),so that we can analysis the insight from a more complete perspective.The first chapter recommend the exploratory research status and Epiphany of insight problem as well as in the field of industrial design.Insight problem is very hot topic in Psychological cognitive domain as long time,but there is almost no explore about insight in the field of industrial design.At the process of designing,Designers always solving problems accompany with insight's happening.The generation of insight can help designers to break the "mindset",Reasonable use of insight can help designers to break the mindset,and Output more efficient design.We can learn more about the brain mechanism of insight and provide the theory for subsequent research and research methods of reference and reference by Learning more about the brain mechanism of insight.The second chapter introduce the related concepts and hypothesis of insight,subconscious hinted and creative thinking.This study put subconscious hinted as Prototype inspired for insight problem,Creative results as the verify indicators of insight.In this chapter,we expound the definition,characteristics,the present academic research situation,and the role of each other for insight,subconscious hinted and creative thinking.The third chapter introduce the influence mechanism experiment design about the subconscious hinted for insight which in the process of industrial design hand-painted effect.Including experiment method,the introduction of appraisal index of the enlightenment,and so on.We make our understanding for the stage of design process basic the four stage theory by Wallace.The fourth chapter analysis and summary the EEG signal about 16 participants of the experiment.Including the method of data acquisition and processing,the reference,and the summary about Area of the brain about insight at present the summary of the academic circles.And we roots the EEG signal,to make sure the important area of the brain which has important influence.And then analysis the features of this signal when in the stage of insight.In the fifth chapter,we compared the group which receive the subconscious hinted and not receive the subconscious hinted,this two group as our control group,to analysis the influence and difference of Subconscious suggested insight in the design process of brain mechanisms.We compared and analysis the EEG signal and spectra power,and divorce the process of thought of the participants into four periods: before resting period,thinking,Insight and after insight to analysis.We found that subjects of brain electrical signal and the spectrum power which from the participants who receive the subconscious hinted and not receive exists difference.It further confirmed the speculation in this study.Finally we summarized and concluded the research.The sixth chapter put forward the Future research prospects.This research use the way by EEG signal exploring which is usually research the brain in the area of Psychological cognitive domain to exploring the Cognitive differences of industrial design thinking process basics subconscious hinted,the method of experiment and the analysis of the results can provide some theoretical basis and reference for Academic research in the future.But had to admit that,in this paper,the limitations and deficiencies in certain ways too.Due to we aren't the psychological cognitive professional background,we less of the Knowledge of psychological cognitive experience,In the whole research process,we need to study a large number of literature and the psychological cognitive domain professional learning to help me to complete the whole research process,Eventually we reap some of the conclusions,But for insight research also need further exploration,in future if we want research the insight of design,it need more Professional analysis.Besides that,in this paper,the effective participants is too less to do research.In future research it should be increase.But for the influence of the subconscious mind suggests that the brain mechanism of Epiphany is very worthy of study.
