With the rapid development of industry and the expansion of production scale,large scale production line has become the main production mode.With the improvement of production efficiency,enterprises pay more attention to product quality.Check-weighing is adopted by more and more products manufacturers.At present,domestic enterprises are paying more and more attention to the heavy industry,but the research and development products of inspection accuracy and inspection speed is not too high,and takes the human to monitor the running state of the equipment,which causes a lot of waste of human resources and increases the cost of production.Aiming at the problems in the domestic weight industry,the paper designs and develops a check-weighing monitoring system based on wireless communication technology.It sets check weight measurement and monitor in one.The weighing device mainly uses the weighing sensor to convert the weight information of the object to be detected into the electrical signal,and the electrical signal is amplified by the A/D conversion module and converted into digital signal,finally the digital signal is transmitted to the microprocessor.In order to improve the precision of check weight,the microprocessor adopts Kalman filter algorithm and least squares support vector machine to realize the filtering of the check weight signal and the prediction of the final value of the check weight.In order to realize the detection of the relevant operating parameters of the check-weighing device,the system uses the Wi-Fi wireless communication module to realize the network connection of the check-weighing device.At the same time,we design a mobile monitoring application based on Android smart phone.By establishing a wireless local area network based on APas the core coverage factory,the data transmission between the inspection device and the mobile monitoring terminal is realized.The mobile monitoring terminal needs to monitor the operation parameters,running status,check weight data and other relevant information of the check-weighing device,which requires a large amount of data transmission between the inspection device and the mobile monitoring terminal.In order to give full play to the performance of the system and improve the processing ability of the system,the C/S architecture is chosen as the software system architecture mode of the monitoring system.The monitoring system based on wireless communication technology realizes the accurate measurement of the weight of the object and the monitoring of the running information of the weighing device.Compared with the previous equipment,it improves the accuracy of weight detection and increases the checking speed.At the same time,the remote monitoring of the weighing device is realized by the mobile monitoring terminal,which reduces the input of human resources,reduces the production cost,and realizes the intelligent management of the industrial production process.
