Research On The Suitable Aging Design Of Community Outdoor Environment Based On Theelderly Behavior Trajectory

At present,the degree of population aging is increasing in China.The housing problem is the first to bear the brunt,which is closely related to the aging population.Due to the change of family structure,the imperfect development of the pension agencies,and the pension real estate is still at the exploratory stage at the present,home care is the inevitable choice to adapt to the current situation of our country and to solve the problem of urban pension.This paper introduces the research method of time geography,taking the daily behavior trajectory of the elderly as the starting point for the research on the suitable aging design of community outdoor environment.First,this paper through questionnaire and observation research to understand individual properties,activities,content,time,space,path of activity of the home care of the elderly population,to analysis the general spatial-temporal characteristics and spatial-temporal difference of daily activities of the elderly,and to summarize the types of activity of the elderly in home,within the community,and outside the community.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the types of activity,this paper classifies the outdoor activities space of the residential community,and then refines the environmental impact elements in the behavior of the elderly by combining with the analysis of the influencing factors of the activity space,summarizes the influence of environmental elements on the outdoor activities of the elderly,puts forward the appropriate configuration mode of aging environment elementsFinally,this paper analyzes the high-frequency active node space in the behavior trajectory of the elderly,based on the types of outdoor activities for the elderly and the configuration mode of environmental elements,proposes the design methods of various types of node space.Based on the elderly daily outdoor activities,activity types,activity trajectories,the relationship between activities and the environment,this paper putted forward the appropriate configuration mode of aging environment elements and applied to outdoor space design,and it summarized the Aging Design Method for Outdoor Environment of Home Retirement Community.It aimed to enhance the attractiveness of the community outdoor activities and the appropriate level of aging,to optimize the residential community outdoor space,to provide a better home care environment for the elderly,to provide new ideas and reference for similar research.
