The Strategy Discussion Of The Old Community Construction Based On Community Empowerment

Community is the basic unit for living.In recent years,the pace of transformation of the old city has accelerated year after year.China’s urban environment has been greatly improved,but a wide range of reconstruction has also led to many problems which need to be solved urgently.Many foreign countries and China’s Taiwan have been carried out to community empowerment for many years and have a wealth of practical experience and theoretical system.However,due to the differences in social systems and cultural backgrounds.we need to find a suitable way for Fuzhou.Based on the research into community at home and abroad,this paper combines with the related cases to summarize the practice experience of old city community construction of Fuzhou.Improve the autonomy level of community residents by exploiting the community resources to intensify people’s sense of identity and belonging.The structure of the text is divided into six parts in the thought of"Theory-practice-theory-practice".Introduction:By considering about the opportunity of the development of the community,analyze the impact on the residential community in aspects of environmental,planning,institutional and social problems of the old cities in our country to put forward the research purpose and significance,research object,research methods and research framework.Chapter 1:Theoretical study on residential community.Describing the community and community empowerment concept.By studying the related documents and analyzing the concepts and theories,to improve the understanding of the nature and the characteristics of city community.At the same time,combing the theory and practice of domestic and foreign community building cases to absorb useful enlightenment for Fuzhou city community development.Chapter 2:The evolution of Fuzhou residential model.Resume the vicissitudes of the residential mode of Fuzhou since ancient times.To draw a conclusion that the house which were built in 1980s～1990s are most urgent to improve.Chapter 3:Research on the community empowerment of Fuzhou old city.Take Junmen community,Zhulinjing community,Wushang community,Qingcheng community as examples,and summarize their experience to provide a reasonable reference for constructing other communities.Chapter 4:Community empowerment of Zhongshan.Based on its own characteristics,the point of Zhongshan community empowerment is to coordinate the relationship between protection of history,tourism development and community building.As the supplement of the practice strategies of the third chapter,this chapter enrich the study of Fuzhou community empowerment.Conclusion and Vision:Make living community into community of life by generalizing the strategy of community empowerment of Fuzhou and look forward to the future.
