In recent years,in the coal chemical industry,petrochemical,textile,printing,military industry,metallurgy industry and electronic industry,the production process is extremely easy for static(direct or indirect)cause fire,explosion,and poor product quality accident.This is because many materials used in the production of the friction,the separation process,inevitably produce electrostatic charge,most of them belong to the insulator of high resistivity,cannot be automatically derived charge,so easy to accumulate the electrostatic potential is very high,the electrostatic energy accumulation will be larger,far more than the minimum electrostatic ignition gasoline minimum electrostatic energy 0.21mJ and the gunpowder ignition 0.19mJ.Our country has occurred many times of lightning disaster,loss of personnel and property seriously.Lightning disaster showed the occurrence frequency,range,characteristics etc.This thesis focuses on the electrical system design for distribution in the form of safety grounding,equipotential earthing safety,lightning protection and grounding,electrostatic grounding safety research and analysis,the main work is as follows;(1)For the electric shock accident industry,civil construction,difficult problem of how to reduce the contact voltage are analyzed,the research on the theory and practice of reducing the contact voltage.Puts forward the design parameters to reduce the contact voltage,analyzes the equipotential connection device should reach the target value and the location of the installation.According to the functional requirements of different environment through theoretical calculation and choose suitable equipotential bonding position and target.The potential of the designed grounding system diagram,and analyses the function of each part of the function requirements.Finally,all of equal potential connection theories are analyzed in detail,the security requirement.(2)The lightning accidents of industrial enterprises,civil construction,the principle of lightning,lightning damage is discussed in this paper.Through the theoretical calculation,determine the lightning protection level and the corresponding protection measures,in order to minimize the lightning disaster,protect people and property safety.(3)The electrostatic safety accidents of industrial enterprises,civil construction,the principle of electrostatic,electrostatic hazards are described.Through a variety of methods to reduce electrostatic agglomeration,in order to minimize electrostatic hazards,to protect people and property safety.In this thesis,the research for the distribution of the safety of grounding is a good solution to this problem.Through the analysis of the harm of the lightning current,contact voltage and electrostatic hazards,to supply the correct grounding system design,reduce the electric voltage,reduce the harm of lightning current and reduce the electrostatic agglomeration,so as to protect the personal safety,but also support equipment in the industrial production process of continuous and stable operation.
