Research On Ground Circulation Online Monitoring System Of High Voltage Cable

In recent years,the power cable in power system,especially in the distribution network has been widely applied.Widely used as power cable,its disadvantages also gradually revealed.Power cable due to its special structure,complex factors such as environment,results in the decrease of cable insulation,causing the cable insulation fault.Traditional way of monitoring is not found in time and cable insulation,so frequent cable fault.So the effective power cable online monitoring method,is very important to guarantee safe and reliable operation.With grounding circulation for monitoring,this paper made a deep research for cable insulation monitoring problem.First of all,the generating mechanism of cable grounding circulation is analyzed in detail,analyzes the different installation and grounding method for cable grounding circulation,it is concluded that the factors affecting circulation.Second,build a metal shield layer induced voltage and cable grounding mathematical model of circulation.According to build model,in combination with the practical grounding method of cable,the cable grounding circulation theoretical derivation and calculation.Through the study of the theory of the mathematical model,the grounding circulation as the theoretical basis of the amount of cable monitoring and provide the reference data for monitoring system.Again,the paper puts forward the overall building on circulation of on-line monitoring system for train of thought,research and design including data collection,data analysis,data processing and wireless transmission module,and the main module debugging test and verify.At the same time,the paper abandoned the traditional magnetic sensors,USES the good performance of roche coil as sensors of the front-end data acquisition module,and integral circuit,signal amplification filter circuit is designed.Finally,the paper verifies the feasibility of the whole system by LabVIEW software.Through the verification results show that the design of monitoring system with data acquisition,data processing,data wireless transmission basic function,also includes the data save,the more line alarm warning and other auxiliary function.The monitoring system design in this paper can effectively improve the inefficient problems such as cable monitoring,thus ensuring safe and reliable operation of the cable,has good feasibility and practical application value.
