10kV circuit breaker is an important equipment in the power distribution network,which has a large number of widely distributed,and the operation status of the 10 kV circuit breaker is related to the safe and reliable operation of the distribution network.The scientific and reasonable maintenance and replacement of the circuit breaker,can not only guarantee the normal operation of the power grid,but also save manpower and material resources,having the great economic benefits,so the test on the operation state of the voltage level,can get a comprehensive analysis from the mechanical properties,electrical properties and insulation properties,arranging study on the performance of different tests,can get a performance of the breaker a complete and comprehensive experimental data,it has very important significance to judge its performance and life.The 10 kV vacuum circuit breaker to exit from the system has several years of operation as the research object,its performance parameters through a variety of tests and test methods,it changes to understand the parameters,a technical evaluation of desired circuit breaker operation for a period of time after the electrical and mechanical performances and life status.In this paper,the performance and quality of circuit breakers are evaluated from the aspect of mechanical performance.The mechanical properties test,the low voltage action test,the testing of the actuator parts,the vacuum degree of the arc chamber,the surface rust(spot)of the corrugated tube were observed and analyzed by electron microscopy.The detection parameters are switching time,speed,distance and contact bounce time,action voltage,the degree of vacuum and particle properties.Based on the measured values of these parameters,the running state and the remaining service life of the circuit breaker which has been running for some years are determined.Secondly,this paper reviews the performance and quality of the circuit breaker.In order to check the insulation performance of the circuit breaker,the experiment is designed to test the circuit breaker's overall voltage and partial discharge test,the partial discharge test of the insulation part,and the pressure test of the interrupter.The main parameters of the test are the voltage resistance,the leakage current and the discharge current of different parts of the circuit breaker under different pressure.The method of experiment is introduced in detail.According to the test data,the insulation performance of 10 kV circuit breaker for a certain number of years is summarized.Finally,the performance and quality of circuit breakers are evaluated from the aspect of electrical performance.To examine the electrical performance of the circuit breaker,theexperimental arrangements are: temperature rise and main loop resistance test,open close current test,interrupter contact resistance measurement,contact surface structure observation,scanning electron microscope and energy profile analysis and metallographic structure of electron microscope spectrum shield attachment component detection.The main parameters are temperature value,resistance value,breaking current,contact resistance value and the results of spectrum analysis.The method of experiment is introduced in detail,and the electrical performance of the 10 kV circuit breaker is given based on the test data.The results and conclusions of this paper can provide reference for the performance evaluation and condition maintenance of vacuum circuit breaker,and can improve the operation management level of 10 kV circuit breaker.
