High voltage vacuum circuit breaker(HVCB)is an important switching device in power High voltage vacuum circuit breaker(HVCB)is an important switching device in power system.Detecting its mechanical characteristics and current of opening and closing coil can find the potential faults of circuit breaker in time,provide basis for related maintenance and ensure the safe operation of power system.Therefore,this paper studies and designs a comprehensive characteristic detection system that can detect the mechanical characteristics and the current of the opening and closing coil of the vacuum circuit breaker.The system uses FPGA as the core processor,and separates the field from the display part through wireless communication,which improves the data processing ability and portability of the system.Firstly,this paper introduces and analyzes the structure and working principle of vacuum circuit breaker and the important composition and detection content of comprehensive characteristic detection system,expounds the definition and determination method of each characteristic parameter,and makes an in-depth study on the key technology needed for system design.Secondly,in view of the dynamic contact circuit breaker trip from the field problems of noise signal,an improved wavelet threshold denoising algorithm,the algorithm can effectively filter out noise and restore the real curve of dynamic contact circuit breaker trip,and has carried on the simulation in MATLAB,the acquisition of the original signal in the laboratory and weaker than 10 d B noise,The algorithm has good denoising effect.Thirdly,the hardware and software design of data acquisition and processing module,wireless communication module,PC module of upper computer,LCD module of handheld device and APP module of mobile phone are carried out with FPGA as the core processor.The data acquisition and processing module completes the collection and data processing of switch stroke and coil current signals,and uploads the processed data to the wireless communication module.The wireless communication module sends the data to the handheld device and the PC of the upper computer through the antenna.The PC module of the upper computer completes the data reception,and de-noises the noisy signal with the improved algorithm by MATLAB,and then displays the characteristic parameters and characteristic curves on the display interface.The end of the handheld device is composed of STM32 single chip microcomputer and LCD screen to complete the data receiving,the display of each characteristic parameter and characteristic curve.In addition,the module is connected with the mobile APP through the WIFI chip ESP8266.The mobile APP was designed and developed on the intelligent cloud platform of the Internet of Things,realizing the function of viewing feature parameters from a distance.Finally,the existing 10 k V permanent magnet mechanism vacuum circuit breaker in the laboratory is taken as the experimental object for many tests.Proved that the design of the integrated feature detection system can safe,reliable and precise detection of vacuum circuit breaker mechanical characteristic and the closing coil current characteristics,and can be realized in PC data preservation,as well as the characteristic curve drawing characteristic parameters display,also can realize characteristic parameters at the scene shown on the handheld terminal and long distance phone terminal APP,It improves the portability of the system and provides an important basis for the planned maintenance of circuit breakers and fault diagnosis and prediction. |
