The combustion adjustment test is needed in the operation of coal fired boiler.The operating parameters of the boiler to adjust to the best state through the experime nt,the data from the Dandong Huadian Jinshan power plant 2 * 300 MW subcritical boiler combustion adjustment test of hedge.Numerical simulation of furnace combustion by using finite element software ANSYS,it is easy to get more conditions of the combustion,application method of experiment combined with numerical simulation,it can be more intuitive.understand the combustion.The physical model of boiler is established based on the actual boiler data.Including the furnace simplified model and swirl burner model.In order to obtain internal and external two vortex wind speed,aerodynamic field simulation of combustion only,get entrance two wind rotation.The Realized k-? combustion model to describe the gas turbulent flow,Lagrange stochastic model to describe the discrete phase particle motion,volatile combustion with the mixture fraction PDF and volatile with double step competition model,char combustion using kinetic / diffusion controlled combustion model,radiation heat transfer process by P-1 radiation model.The simulation results are compared with the actual operating parameters to verify the rationality of the model and the research method.And then simulate the different operating conditions,through the comparison of the best operating parameters.Using the model and the method mentioned above,the simulation obtains the influence law of coal grinding machine combination,the boiler excess air coefficient,overfire air blade rotation angle on the combustion condition in the furnace,the simulation results provide reliable reference for combustion optimization and adjustment and unit.
