As a fundamental part of the electromagnetic launch device,the pulsed power supply largely determines the research progress and application potential of electromagnetic launch technology.In many different types of pulse power supply,Inductive-energy-storage pulse power supply has become an important research direction in this field for its high energy storage density.At present,the study of inductive energy storage pulse power supply mainly focuses on topological level,and there is seldom a research about inductance.In this paper,the high coupling energy storage inductor in STRETCH meat grinder topology is studied,and the main contents are as follows:First,a coupled inductance structure is calculated by combining the inductance and inductance calculation formulas in the inductance calculation manual with the STRETCH meat grinder topological parameters.Secondly,the ideal model of the coupled inductor structure is established,and the finite element analysis of the structure is carried on by ANSYS finite element simulation software.The energy density of the structure and the VonMises stress distribution are calculated and simulated.The maximum value of VonMises stress is compared with the yield strength of the inductive structural material to determine whether the structure has an optimized space.Thirdly,the inter-turn distance is reduced to optimize the structure of the inductor,and the VonMises stress of the structure under different turn-to-turn distances is simulated while the inter-turn distance is determined with the processing conditions taken into account.Then the inter-turn distance between the turn-to-turn voltage is simulated to determine whether the inter-turn distance is reasonable.At last,under the corresponding experimental circuit,the flow-through experiment and related turn-to-turn voltage experiment of the inductance structure fabricated in the optimization process are carried out.To verify the coupling inductance structure from the view of experimental point,and the structure of the final structure of the relevant parameters is calculated.
