As mechanic-electrical special equipment,increasingly importance has been attached to the electrical safety of crane.Electrical safety accidents are often caused by electrical system failures.The fault is closely related with the reliability of the system.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the reliability of crane electrical system in order to improve the electrical safety of the crane.Because of the various functions of the crane electrical system,the complex logic of the fault,the random uncertainty of the system,it is very difficult to analyze its reliability.In view of the advantages of fault tree in dealing with complex system fault logic,this paper applies it to the reliability modeling of crane electrical system.For the uncertain problem of crane electrical system fault,it is not easy to analyze and diagnose.Taking into account the advantages of Monte Carlo method(MC)in discrete stochastic systems,this paper presents a reliability modeling and simulation analysis method of crane electrical system based on FTA-MC.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the necessity and difficulty of the reliability analysis of the crane electrical system,combined with the related theory,the reliability modeling and simulation analysis of the electrical system is constructed.(2)According to the analysis of function and structure for crane electrical system,the paper introduces the concrete case to study the principle and fault of electric control system.The fault tree is used to model the reliability of the crane electrical control system,and the failure rate data are obtained by means of component reliability prediction method.Then the fault tree qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are realized.(3)In order to solve the problem that fault tree analysis can not reflect the randomness of the system fault,Monte Carlo method is used to construct the reliability simulation analysis method of crane electrical system based on FTA-MC.Based on the analysis of the simulation model,the random sampling method and the simulation clock propulsion,the FTA-MC reliability simulation analysis algorithm is designed.Combined with the research method of FTA-MC,the reliability simulation of crane electrical system is carried out.The reliability simulation analysis not only can judge the whole reliability level of the system,but also can find the weak link of the system.Furthermore,it can provide guidance and recommendations for improving the reliability of crane electrical system.
