| Switched Reluctance Motor has been widely used in various fields because of its simple structure,stable system,high reliability,wide speed range and so on.With the coming of the industrial era of 4.0,the axial flux reluctance motor,which is combined with the advantages of disc motor and switched reluctance motor,has obvious superiority in the motor field.Based on the summary of the design and development of the axial flux reluctance motor,a 6/4-axis axial flux high-speed reluctance motor(AFHSRM)is designed by analytical method and finite element analysis.Firstly,the structures of SRM are introduced and the main research methods are described in detail.According to the electromagnetic relationship and design principle of SRM,a model of the AFHSRM is pre-designed.Secondly,integrating with the structural characteristics of the AFHSRM,the magnetization curve of three key positions,including aligned rotor position,unaligned rotor position and position of stator and rotor frontier overlap,are calculated.In order to compute the magnetization curve of the aligned position,the equivalent model of the motor is established by considering the characteristics of the magnetic circuit.The relationship between the current and the flux density is analyzed and the result is compared with the finite element result.For calculating the magnetization curve,it’s necessary to analyze the magnetic flux distribution of the motor.Then,the calculation method of each part of flux linkage and its analytical calculation are given.The results are compared with the finite element results to verify the correctness of the analytical method.Finally,the 3D model of axial-flux high-speed reluctance motor is established by Ansoft,and the performance characteristics of the motor are analyzed under no-load condition.Based on the three key positions of the magnetization curve,electromagnetic characteristics of motor,and the functions of the three curve under a given current,the analytic equation of the motor torque is established by the magnetic circuit.The rationality of the final calculated result is determined by the comparison with the result of the finite element..Thus,an electromagnetic analysis method of AFHSRM is built by combining with the electromagnetic analysis and analysis method. |
