Wind turbine simulator has been applied in simulation of wind turbine operation in the laboratory to research wind power technology.Simulators generally use simplified model based on Cp-? curve to simulate the wind turbine aerodynamic torque.In recent years,with the wide use of large capacity of wind turbines,the demand of simulation of large capacity of wind turbines for research is growing in the laboratory.However,simulators based on the simplified model can not accurately simulate the aerodynamic torque of wind turbines with large capacity because of aeroelasticity having a greater influence on the aerodynamic torque of wind turbines with large capacity.So in this dissertation,the simulator can accurately simulate many types of wind turbine including large capacity of wind turbines by realizing simulation of aeroelastic performance on the simulator.In this dissertation,in order to realize accurate simulation of aeroelastic performance,the wind power simulation software FAST codes about aeroelastic performance have been transplanted into the simulator to replace the simplified aerodynamic model.First the overall structure of FAST software was analyzed and broken down;the relevant aeroelastic simulation codes were extracted on the basis of it;then that were encapsulated into a aerodynamic torque calculation function and provided the function interface.It has completed secondary development of FAST software.Then the feasibility of real-time simulation in the PLC was analyzed;after that the PLC control program about real-time simulation was designed and written;and the aerodynamic torque calculation function that's in the PLC was called in real time with writing C++program.And communication method based on R3IO was designed,the data was real-timely and synchronously transmitted between the PLC program and C++ program.The real-time simulation calculation of aerodynamic torque based on aeroelastic performance has been implemented in PLC.Finally,Some experiments have been carried out on the wind turbine simulator experiment platform.By comparing FAST simulation results,the simulator has a good simulation of aeroelastic performance.
