With the increase of the passage flow and mileage of the high-speed railway,the amount of the EMU in our country is rising rapidly.Security has become the most important part in the operation process.The safety of the walking department is so important that any potential fault may develop into a major failure,which will cause severe casualties and property losses.As an essential component of the walking department,situation of rolling bearing always influences safety of the operation directly.While operated in high speed,early fault of rolling bearing is easily to be expanded to cause safety accidents such as train overturn.The real-time and effective fault diagnosis system for rolling bearing of EMU is able to avoid the accident and help to decide the maintenance scheme by judging the type of the bearing fault.This is conductive to reduce the operation and maintenance cost.In this essay,basing on the research of the production mechanism of rolling bearing faults,adding the analysis of the background noise as EMU running actually on the line,it built up the model of the original vibration signal.In the addition,the related fault diagnosis algorithm was designed.This algorithm has comprehensively using the advantages of Hilbert-Huang Transformation and Resonance Demodulation,which could effectively smooth the signal and enhance the signal/noise radio.It realized the target of extracting fault characteristic information and judging location of faults.Finally,through analysis of emulation and theory,the effectiveness of the algorithm was confirmed.The main work accomplished by this essay is as following:1 Through analysis of the real data,the background noise analyzing work was finished and the components were explicated.Combining the result of fault characteristic analysis of rolling bearing,establishes the basis of building the emulation model;2 Using CRH380BL EMU as an example respectively builds up the emulation model of outer ring,inner ring,roller and cage of rolling bearing under Gaussian white noise and complex background noise,which is accomplished using MATLAB;3 Complete the designing of the algorithm in light of the characteristic of the rolling bearing in the walking part of EMU basing on vibration signal.Additionally,the key technology is analyzed and the characteristic and advantages of the algorithm is summarized;4 Using MATLAB to conduct the design of program,through the comparing analysis,verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.
