Compared with general the ground engineering,tunnel is a concealed engineering,tunnel construction facing on the complex geological body,information gain,multifarious data abstraction,large construction risk and so on problems.According to the above problem,this paper combines the traditional tunnel construction and building information model(BIM),Internet of things,Cloud platform,such as information technology,was developed based on BIM and cloud tunnel construction of information system platform,and the engineering application.The main research content is as follows:(1)Studied the BIM parametric method.Using Revit tunnel component library is established according to the IFC standard.Using the self-developed program realization of geological BIM model is established in this paper.Based on the C#language dynamic link library VTK,independent writing the program of geologic body BIM model is set up.Studied 3d model data formats of VTK,and realize the IFC and VTK format conversion.Further based on WebGL(Web Graphics Library)3d drawing standards and Graphics loading technology,realize the BIM model of Web browsing.(2)Based on Visual studio and SQLsever database,independent design and development of C/S(Client/Server)and B/S(Browse/Server)Shared cloud platform automatic acquisition system of tunnel monitoring information.The system can use wireless remote transmission technology to collect all kinds of sensor information monitoring project,by publishing web data,any client computer Internet and mobile client can easily browse information,alarm information can be directed mobiles.In addition to establish the IFC expression method of tunnel monitoring information,finally finished based on the IFC standard tunnel BIM information database construction.(3)On the basis of the above,further research on the risk of tunnel construction mechanism and risk factors,and design the risk factors for quantitative parameters,establish the tunnel construction risk assessment based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Based on the established BIM model program,based on the IFC stanaara risk ractor ana the expression or evaluation parameters,increase the risk management based on BIM database evaluation process,formed based on BIM and cloud platform tunnel construction of information system.(4)With the independent development of tunnel construction project information system based on the actual engineering of Dalian Bohai Road--Dadongshan tunnel and Dalian rail transit--Jinpu tunnel.Key section of the tunnel through the BIM model expression,cloud monitoring information collection and analysis of the risk of tunnel,for rapid analysis of the above the tunnel construction process,in a timely manner to prevent the risk and to adjust the plan,achieved good results.Show that this system development method and program is successful and can effectively improve safety management level of the tunnel construction.
