According to the Chinese Maritime Service Center's project "Intelligent examination system construction for vessel crew competency-Marine engine simulation platform",choose the typical hydraulic deck machinery,the windlass&mooring winch and cargo winch(crane),do the research on modeling and simulation.Mainly finished the follow works:(1)On the base of modular modeling,using the node voltage method to establish mathematical models of hydraulic pipeline,control components,control unit.Solving the linear equations by using Jacobi iteration,and all the mathematical models are programmed into VC++ language.The simulation results show that the model can correctly reflect the dynamic and steady states of the system,and can be used to predict the performance of the system.(2)With the use of VC++ programming language developed simulation interfaces of windlass&mooring winch and the cargo winch,and developed the simulation training system,simulation interfaces function are consistent with the real ship,the hydraulic valve movement meet visualization requirements.(3)Using 3ds Max to built the physical model of the windlass&mooring winch and the cargo winch,load the models into OGRE scene engine for rendering.Developing virtual reality simulation system and realize roaming and human-computer interaction.(4)Transplanting the simulation training system and virtual reality system to DMS-2015 comprehensive marine engine simulation platform,realize the linkage between the windlass&mooring winch and the cargo winch simulation training system and the other system of whole ship,improve the function of turbine simulation platform.
