As the most important mechanism of the system for winching the undersea platform, the marine winch is needed to research widely about its structure and working performance, which meet its stability and safety under the terrible condition of the ocean especially in the abyssal area. Accordingly, it is designed that the control system of the marine winch in the theme. And it is presented that the collaborative simulation and analysis about the control and mechanical system with Matlab/Simulink, Adams and AMESim based on Virtual Prototype Technology. Then it is testified that the designed control system is reliable and accurate. It is proposed that some creative idea on designing the whole structure of the marine winch to meet the need of its working environment and character, especially on designing the warping winch. And it is received that the collaborative control and the constant tension control is the primary work of the design. Compared to the electric motor, the character is improved apparently when the hydraulic motor is used to drive and control the winch. ZMD11-45 as a two swash plates axial piston motor is selected to meet the need of the power and the angular velocity. Then the principle diagram is designed and the models of the key parts is built in the control system. It is analyzed that the feasibility to control and observe the open-loop control system through its block diagram. It is applied that a pseudo derivative feedback controller, which optimize the collaborative control system and the constant tension control system with Matlab/Simulink. The step response curve and the robustness of the system is improved obviously after the parameter optimization. Finally, the mechanical system is modeled in UG and transferred to Adams, and the hydraulic control system is built in AMESim. It is acquired that the dynamic simulation and analysis of the mechanical system and the control system. The collaborative simulation is built in AMESim which is input a identifiable model document through Adams/Control, and its validity is demonstrated by the result.
