At present,marine simulation,used for training crew,most is based on traditional mechanical diesel engine;cataing to the development of diesel engine,a simulaton research of electric diesel engine will be done,and apply to the marine simulator.In this paper,establishes mathematical model based on the type of 7S80ME electric diesel engine,and a quadratic model is established,using the simulation tool of Simulink,to verify the validity of the mathematical model.Based on the filling and empty method,the diesel engine is divided five parts,containing of cylinder,turbocharger,air intake sysem,exhaust system and air cooler,and the mathematical model of the process of each part is established,also,the mathematical model contains of the control fuctions and the process of fuel injecting and exhaust opening.The model of electronic control system and hydraulic servo system will connect with the diesel engine model,to implement the variable fuel injection and exhaust timing;based on the model of diesel engine work process,the mathematical model of crank is established,to realize the simulation of the dynamic process of diesel engine.Runing the simulation model,can obtain variable parameters and the dynamic preceess curve,sush as,the compression and maximum pressure in cylinder,scavenging pressure,exchaust pressure,rotating speed of turbocharger and diesel engine,output power,and so on.Finally,based on the framework of th DMS series marine simulator,through the.NET platform,Visual Studio 2013 and C#programming language,writes simulation software of electronic diesel engine,and appy to the marine simulator,to monitoring the related parameters.The simulation data is similar with the experimental data,showing that,the model and the parameters of the model are cortect,and can be applied to the marine simulator.
