The direct torque control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has the advantages of simple control,rapid response and so on.It has been widely used in industrial field and has become a high performance AC variable speed regulation method.The direct torque control ofpermanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)also has the defects of large torque and flux ripple.In order to solve the problems of large flux and torque ripple in direct torque control of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),the corresponding improvement strategy is proposed in this paper.In this paper,firstly,the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)and the realization method of direct torque control(DTC)are analyzed,and the simulation model of DTC is established.After that,the direct torque control experimental platform is built,and the control algorithm is programmed and debugged.Aiming at the problem of large torque ripple and large flux ripple,the influence of zero voltage vector to torque regulation is studied firstly,A control strategy of zero voltage vector insertion is proposed and the zero vector is used to adjust the torque uniquely.And the control strategy combining single neuron PID and traditional PID is introduced.The simulation results show that the control strategy is effective to restrain torque ripple,and the control strategy is more effective for the torque ripple suppression of high power and large inertia system.For the stator resistance changes lead to changes in torque and flux to produce pulsation,this article on the sector breakdown,use of eighteen sectors,and the torque and flux errors are compensated by the output resistance of the stator with two PID outputs.The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy is more effective in suppressing the torque and flux ripple of the system with small load and small inertia.
