In the case of global energy shortage,energy-saving and emission reduction has become the main goal for various industries.As the average annual growth rate of transportation energy consumption is much higher than the average annual growth rate of the total energy consumption during the same period in our country,ship energy saving and waste heat recycling has become especially important.Such that,single effect absorption refrigeration with TFE/TEGDME,which has great application potential in ship,was studied in ship swing condition in this paper.In this paper,the thermodynamic calculation and structural design about TFE/TEGDME absorption refrigeration was carried out.Based on electric six degrees of freedom swaying platform,a swing single effect absorption refrigeration experiment test rig and a visualization falling film experimental device were set up,and the experiments were done respectively.Firstly,some experimental studies about flow pattern in the falling film tube under different swing motions were made,which were prepared for the swaying analysis of experimental results in later.The experimental results showed that:an appropriate increase of solution circulation flow could change the flow pattern type in falling film tube.However,the increase could not go too far.When the circulation flow rate reaches a certain amount,the flow pattern turns into a turbulent state.Besides,given a fixed flow rate,when test rig is in the stationary state,the liquid film in the falling film tube appears mainly laminar flow.While when there is a small swing,the liquid film is mainly of fluctuating laminar flow;when the test rig is in a substantial swing,the liquid film turns into a turbulent flow and even separates from the wall.Lastly,the system refrigeration effect of entire unit under rolling condition was investigated experimentally.Experimental results show that:1)when the swing amplitude is small,the system COP value is superior to that of the static state.And appropriately reducing the swing cycle,namely increasing the swing frequency makes the system COP value increase;2)when the swing amplitude is large,the system COP value is lower than that of the static state.And appropriately increasing the swing cycle,namely reducing the swing frequency makes the difference between the system COP values of the two states decrease;3)under the swing condition,the system performance does not become better with an increase of solution circulation flow.Large amount of solution will causes a turbulence of the liquid film,and even makes the liquid film deviate from the tube surface,affecting the heat and mass transfer process.
