Research On Fault Diagnosis Of Ship Cooling Water System Based On Information Fusion

Intelligence and information of ship is the big trend of shipping industry.In the era of big data background,we need to use the data information of the systems in the ship reasonably and effectively to improve the level of management of the ship.At present,the information fusion method has made important achievements in many fields,so there is a very important research value to introduce it to ship field to diagnose troubles intelligently.Therefore,I committed to diagnose troubles intelligently by the information fusion method based on rough set and evidence theory,and choose the central cooling system of vessel "YU KUN" as an example to study the practical application and develop the simulation software in this paper.In this paper,I expounded the basic knowledge of rough set theory and D-S evidence theory,and found that the basic probability distribution in evidence theory could be obtained from the processed data in rough set.This found can solve the subjective defects and can explain the reason why they can combine essentially.This paper also defined the conception of equivalent properties in view of rough set attribute reduction,provided a quick reduction method and improved the working efficiency.A method based on evidence of trust was formed in evidence basic reliability allocation link,to put forward the definition of evidence decision coefficient,effectively solved the evidence conflict problem,formed a set of information fusion method.Select the vessel "YU KUN,cooling system for the application of the research object,the reasonable selection of the large amount of data,the information fusion algorithm for processing,accurate identification of hidden fault types,verifies the validity of the method.Finally,I developed the simulation software which could achieve fault diagnosis intelligently in central cooling system of "Yu Kun" ship.The information fusion method based on rough set and evidence theory can be applied to fuse information and recognize the type of problem state in other ship systems,in this paper,the development of intelligent fault diagnosis of ship system is explored.
