| After World War II,there were the significant technology breakthroughs in electronic information,biological technology,new material,aerospace and new energy.Hi-tech industry has developed with this trend of advancement and synergy with the new trend of setting up the Science and Technology Park.With the development upon this moment,Science and Technology Park has become a people oriented centre which Hi-tech enterprise becomes the body,innovation,entrepreneur and industrialization become the lifeblood.These centers have living,leisure,working,entertaining,educating,trading and other functions' complex landscape.Being an important part of the Hi-tech landscape infrastructure,Hi-tech district's road landscape has the humanities,ecological,defensive,beautify and purify functions.With the effective improvement of Hi-tech district's external landscape,fully show the urban image and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the district,it has the significant effect on providing a comfortable,convenient and pleasant living and working environment for the citizens in this district.The writer of this article is one of the construction workers of Tianjin Hi-tech district,which familiar with this district's overall layout and basic construction,has the abundant practice experience.He mixed up the references and the current situations of Hi-tech districts' landscape in China and foreign countries in order to make the dissertation of the Hi-tech districts' features and landscapes.By using the detail layout and the real construction of Tianjin Hi-tech district,make the detail analysis of the construction of road landscape and the components.Then to make the conclusion of principles that should be applied on the construction of the layout design.Finally,by using the real case,make the further detail disclosure.This article includes total five parts as below in general:1.First part is the introduction;it mainly introduces the background of the concept of Hi-tech district and current development of Chinese Hi-tech district.It describes the significant effects of road landscape on the overall environment construction and the current situation of China and foreign countries' construction of road landscape.It makes a research of the important meaning of the design of Hi-tech road layout.2.Second part is the description of Hi-tech district's features.The content includes area and landscape's properties and the component of Hi-tech district's road landscape.3.Third part is the description of site condition,background of plan construction and the result of the design of Tianjin Hi-tech district road landscape,in order to investigate and conclude the principles should be followed and the spirit of this district.4.Fourth part is the detail introducing of ‘Jin Han Branch' and the Tianhuan Road(from Haiyou Road to Shenzhou Road)road landscape planning and design case,in order to describe the principles and spirit of Tianjin Hi-tech district's road landscape planning.5.The fifth part is the conclusion of the article including the innovation and the breakthrough of the article,the revelation about the similar Hi-tech district road landscape planning design and the insufficient of the article.In the current stage of my country,the research of Hi-tech road landscape planning design is comparative few.Being an important component of this design,the landscape will play the significant role as attracting investment,perfecting the supporting environment and improving the district attractiveness and competitiveness.The writer wishes to bring the revelation and leading effect on Tianjin road landscape construction and other similar construction by using this detail analysis on Hi-tech road landscape planning.Keywords: Hi-tech District,road landscape,research of planning design. |
