| With the rapid development of technology,power technology has been largely applied in various fields,especially in national defense.Combined with the real needs,the power system of Al/AgO battery is designed in this subject,satisfying the demands of industrial applications.At first,the paper introduces the history of water power development and application and power used in the development of torpedo,focuses on the Al/AgO battery in its development in an important role.Al/Ag O battery as the world has practical model of torpedo power battery,to improve the lightning speed and voyage plays a very important role.Due to the international headed by the United States military power to China of high science and technology especially the blockade of defense technology,we were unable to obtain Al/AgO battery in the military application of any technology.This paper analyzes the difficulties of Al/AgO battery powered system requirements and engineering process.According to the Al/AgO battery and the working principle of the centrifugal pump operating characteristics,design and set up the Al/AgO battery test of a single simulation experimental system.In the single simulation test system,the pressure value of the system is detected by the closed-loop control of the DC motor without the motor to adjust the speed of the motor,so as to achieve the purpose of regulating the flow parameters of the system.Data acquisition system is realized through Nepal Gregory acquisition instrument and current sensor,temperature sensor,pressure sensor and the electromagnetic flowmeter,and the use of SCM to realize the remote control function of the valve,compared to the previous DC brush motor open-loop system,adjust the flow wave range decreased by + 2m3 / h to + 0.5 m3 / h,achieves the regulation of the stability of the system.By using the dichotomy to draw the flow line of the impeller shaft,the accuracy of the impeller is greatly improved,and the efficiency of the centrifugal pump is improved,and the output power of the motor is reduced from 50% to 65%.Finally,the engineering application of aluminum / silver oxide battery power cycle system.In the circulation system,the relationship between the discharge current and the flow rate is given by the relationship between the size of the discharge current and the flow rate.Through the test of mine,the engineering application requirement is achieved,the highest speed of the domestic leading level is reached. |
