At present,in the construction of hyperbolic cooling tower in thermal power plant,the electric lifting formwork system has gradually replaced the traditional scaffold because of its high efficiency and reliability,and has been widely used.However,the structure of the whole machine is more complex,the installation and disassembly are complex,and the main components of the construction process is more serious,which will directly affect the design cost and system performance.In order to solve these problems,the modular design and lightweight optimization design of the lifting formwork system are carried out.In this dissertation,according to the construction principle of the electric lifting system,the part model is established in the three-dimensional modeling software,and the modular design is completed according to the constraint relationship between the parts;Combined with the finite element analysis method for the static analysis of the sliding platform and lifting frame,guarantee the overall strength and stable transmission of the completed lightweight optimization design,and to optimize the driving parameters according to the actual working parameters;The parametric modeling,virtual assembly and interference detection of the core components of the transmission system are carried out,and the static analysis is carried out based on the workbench software;Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the performance of the system is evaluated and the safety protection measures are improved.
