With the continuous development of urbanization,the electric bus has gradually become the main way of public transportation.Using Direct Wheel driving bus can optimize the structure of bus arrangement.And it can distribute motor torque on both sides of the driving wheel flexibly.So it is of great significance to improve the vehicle performance.This paper aims to to achieve the optimal slip rate of the bus.model predictive control method is used to distribute torque of the electric bus.so Acceleration Slip Regulation will come ture.The main contents are as follows:1.Building electrical bus dynamics simulation model,Building vehicle bodywork,tire system,power system,suspension system,steering system and brake system model in Truck Sim.Then building model of the motor and the reducer in Simulink.through joint Truck Sim with Simulink simulation,establishing a complete vehicle model.2.Building the electric bus drive Acceleration Slip Regulation control strategy.According to the basic theory of vehicle,forming the electronic differential model,and on this basis,the driver needed torque is distributed in the two wheels.According to the running state of the vehicle,making Acceleration Slip Regulation coming ture by controlling the slip rate.Based on Burkhardt model,fuzzy control is used to identify the optimal slip rate,and carrying out related simulation.3.Based on nonlinear model predictive control algorithm,buinding the nonlinear model of the vehicle model and designing slip rate control system.By controlling the torque,making the driving wheel slip rate control in a stable range,effectively prevent excessive slipping and on the premise of ensuring the safety providing larger longitudinal force for the wheels.Setting up the objective function of Acceleration Slip Regulation system to make the vehicle have good performance.Using classic quadratic programming method to get the optimal driving torque,to make the Acceleration Slip Regulation system effective.The simulation model is under the environment of Simulink and Truck Sim.The simulation environment contains Low attachment coefficient road,split road and docking road.The simulation results show that the Acceleration Slip Regulation system has a good effect.
