With the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving,low vibration,low noise,compact structure,high reliability and so on,the scroll compressor with variable base circle has obvious structural advantages.Thermodynamic and kinetic analysis of the working process of the scroll compressor based on optimized variable involute scroll structure parameters,can improve the volumetric efficiency and isentropic efficiency and coefficient of performance,reduce the damage probability of the vortex,provide technical support for the automotive air conditioning scroll compressor small displacement matching and design.Among them,the establishment of an accurate mathematical model of structural optimization is very important to improve the technical level of scroll compressor design.In this paper,the research methods of theoretical analysis,simulation calculation and compressor performance test are combined,relevant research work has been carried out in the following aspects:(1)The theoretical analysis of the influence of the profile modification angle on the overall performance of the compressor is carried out.On the basis of the variation of the base circle radius of the involute profile,the calculation method of the end area of the modified profile is obtained,and the influence of the correction angle on the end area and the overall performance is pointed out.(2)The influence of the structure parameters on the dynamic performance of the scroll compressor is analyzed.(3)The thermal stress distribution of the scroll plate is analyzed by the coupling of temperature field and gas pressure field.The prototype development and experimental study on the refrigeration performance of the 28 mL variable radius circle involute scroll compressor are carried out.
