In recent years,with the concept of "quick response space",solid rocket motors have ushered in a new upsurge of development.Internal trajectory has an important impact on engine performance.With increasing applications,fault problems are difficult to avoid.In this paper,according to several common failure modes of interior ballistics,fault simulation and fault characteristics are studied based on the zero-dimensional and onedimensional interior ballistic models.The full text is divided into three parts: The first part,based on the zero-dimensional interior ballistic model,analyzes each failure mode,considers the influence of the failure on the interior ballistics calculation process,simulates each failure,and simulates the p-t and F-t curves obtained from the simulation.Conduct the analysis.In the second part,based on the one-dimensional interior trajectory model,the interior trajectory in the case of no-fault is simulated.The three-dimensional maps of Web-t-x,?-t-x and p-t-x are obtained,and the Web-x and ?-x at four times are extracted.The p-x curve is combined with three-dimensional graphics for analysis.The relationship between head pressure and time is then extracted.The F-t curve is obtained through thrust calculation.The p-t and F-t curves calculated from the zero-dimensional interior ballistic model are compared to analyze the causes of the differences.For each failure mode,simulation calculations were performed separately,and the corresponding failure data was extracted from the simulation results,and the results were compared and analyzed with no-fault conditions.In the third part,the failure modes are classified.According to the pressure and thrust signals,the high frequency signal fault features are obtained by the db1 wavelet decomposition method.This research work designs fault simulation methods on the basis of the zerodimensional and one-dimensional interior ballistic models respectively,and can analyze the characteristics of the ballistic faults in the SRM.The method of decomposing db1 wavelet for pressure and thrust signals is proposed.The energy distribution of each frequency band can be used as a feature to identify the fault.The relative signal is used to process the original signal and the resulting energy distribution fault features are more obvious.In this paper,according to the characteristics of different faults,the fault simulation method used can be used as a reference for the complex SRM fault identification under actual conditions.The proposed signal relative deviation db1 decomposition method can obtain the energy distribution characteristics of each frequency band in the fault mode,and the SRM interior ballistics.The diagnosis of faults has certain guiding significance.
