With the development of wind power technology and the increase of wind power penetration,the improved grid acceptance of wind power capacity is becoming more and more important.As an significant means to improve the wind power capacity,the grid-source coordination control has gradually attracted wide attention.However,compared with the traditional wind power control method,the operating mode of the pitch control system is more complicated.In addition,the aerodynamic characteristics of the wind turbine have the charactristic of strong non-linearity,which makes the traditional pitch control difficult to provide better control performance under complex conditions.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influence of different master control strategies on the pitch system and to build the pitch control system suitable for the grid-source coordination control,which is of great significance to establish the grid-friendly wind farm at the same time.This paper mainly studies the pitch controller of wind turbine,in order to make the pitch angle adjustment of wind turbine achieve high performance global control under the grid-source coordination control.The main work of this paper is summarized as follows:(1)First,main components of wind turbine are introduced in this paper.According to the working principle and the corresponding function of each part in the system,the mathematical modeling of wind turbine system is created.(2)Based on the FAST wind turbine simulation software,the operating conditions of the wind turbine under the traditional control strategy and the network source coordinated control are compared and analyzed,and the key parameters which affect the wind turbine working conditions are extracted.The simulation results show that the traditional pitch controller has some limitations in complex conditions.(3)The simulation platform is built,by combining Matlab/Simulink with FAST wind turbine simulation software.The fuzzy pitch controller is designed to realize the pitch control of the wind turbine under complex operating conditions.From the simulation results,in the grid-source coordination control,it can be seen that the fuzzy pitch control is better than the traditional pitch control and has a better ability to adapt to complex conditions.(4)The pitch system and the fuzzy pitch controller are built on the wind turbine simulator experimental platform,in order to verify the feasibility and applicability of the control strategy.
