In recent years,with the continuous development of China's economy,the electricity consumption are increasing day by day,while the power supply is relatively backward,and power shortages often occur.Therefore,it is an urgent task for the domestic electric power industry to construct smart grid and manage orderly power consumption.At present,the domestic electric power companies can only carry on the load control through demand side management,the efficiency and users' participation is relatively low,which makes the management of orderly power consumption complicated and troublesome.Therefore,it is urgent for the domestic electric power industry to upgrade from demand side management to demand response,to improve the intelligence level and users' participation.Demand response means that terminal users change their electricity consumption behavior initialtively according to the electric market information,such as price signals or incentive mechanisms.Real time price can feedback the marginal cost of power supply in time,which is the best strategy of demand response in theory.However,due to the lack of understanding of real time price for users and the lack of corresponding infrastructure and technology for carrying out real time price for market,real time price is limited to Extensive promotion.In this paper,based on typical loads,an orderly power consumption strategy is proposed,which can help the power suppliers to manage orderly power consumption,the main work of this paper is as follow:1.In this paper,the domestic and international research and practice on demand response are summarized,and the current implementation demand response mechanism are expounded.The implementation mechanism of real time price and the key technology to implement real time price are selective analyzed.2.Aiming at the shortcomings of current load dispatching scheme on suppliers,the power consumption is classified.Based on the real time price,the relationship between suppliers and users is analyzed from the perspective of game theory.Analyzing the characteristics of both when gaming,the game type between suppliers and users is confirmed as pure strategy non-cooperative game.The result of game is Nash equilibrium.3.The typical loads are classified and the models of loads are built.From the perspective of dispatching non-basic load,taking real time price as control variable,taking minimum users' electric rate as target,the orderly power consumption alrogithm is designed based on game theory.The effectiveness of this alrogithm is verified in MATLAB.4.On the basis of the orderly power consumption algorithm,an experimental platform for the orderly power management is developed.The effectiveness of orderly power consumption algorithm is verified by specific experiment.
