The rapid development of smart grid and the further deepening of power system reform have accelerated the process of power commercialization and power marketization in China,and the electricity price and generation capacity in the power market have also changed from government regulation to market macro-control.The real-time electricity price mechanism based on demand response makes the electricity price directly reflect the actual cost of electricity according to the supply-demand relationship of the electricity market,so as to promote the participation of power users and guide the safe operation of the smart grid.From the perspective of demand response,in order to solve the problem of correctly analyzing customer response behavior,establishing a reasonable real-time pricing model and formulating effective pricing strategies,the following research is carried out.The main content of this paper is to design an effective and reasonable real-time pricing mechanism.First of all,in order to accurately describe the response behavior of power users participating in the real-time electricity price mechanism,this paper proposes a regression model based on the gradient descent method,which describes the response degree of different users'electricity demand to the electricity price through the demand price elasticity coefficient,and analyzes the historical electricity data of different users according to the different users in different In the case of load transfer under time slot,the self elastic coefficient and cross elastic coefficient are regressed to realize the modeling of power user's response behavior,and the optimal power consumption of users participating in demand response under the real-time electricity price mechanism is further solved.Secondly,considering the real-time electricity price mechanism,users' adjustment of electricity demand according to the electricity price will deviate from their initial willingness to use electricity,resulting in the change of users' satisfaction with electricity.Therefore,in this paper,according to the changes of the user's electricity load curve before and after the response,the user's satisfaction is synthetically reflected by the electricity comfort degree and the electricity sufficiency degree,and a real-time electricity price optimization model based on the user's comprehensive satisfaction degree is established,and the optimal solution of the optimization model is obtained by the improved whale optimization algorithm.Finally,considering that the data reliability may be reduced due to malicious tampering in the process of power data collection,and the authenticity of power data will affect the accuracy of real-time pricing,on the basis of the pricing optimization model,the security strategy is adopted to identify and modify the malicious power data,and the distributed online algorithm is adopted to give the optimal real-time pricing Programme.In order to verify the effectiveness of the real-time electricity price mechanism,this paper uses the real data set in PJM electricity market for simulation experiments.The results show that the real-time electricity price pricing scheme proposed in this paper improves the comfort and sufficiency of power users,increases the power efficiency of power users,reduces the power supply cost of power supply companies,and improves the efficiency of power users It improves the reliability of collected power data and ensures the effectiveness of real-time pricing.
