| This article topic from a flywheel battery manufacture.Flywheel energy storage system which is a new way of energy storage has always been a research focus of scholars both at home and abroad.That induction motor as an important part of the flywheel energy storage system.The motor’s magnetic field affected by the internal structure is worth us to further research.Comprehensive scholars’ research of induction motor which both at home and abroad.On the basis of induction motor’ structure and the internal magnetic.Building the equivalent 3D magnetic network model of the induction motor and getting some valuable conclusions from the model.The expression of inductor alternator’s flux density of radial air gap is deduced respectively using analytic method,which the shape of inductor alternator’s rotor slot is rectangular slot,trapezoidal slot and half sine slot,then it can compare the slot shape whose the fundamental flux density is similar and the harmonic flux density is smaller.By using the finite element software to simulate the above three kinds of slot,which the result of simulation matched the analytic method.Above all this paper respectively from two aspects of the theoretical analysis and software simulation to get the optimal slot shape,which provide the theoretical basis for practical production.At the base of induction motor’s optimal slot shape,the expression of the rotor slot depth’s flux density of radial air gap is deduced by using analytic method to get the critical value of slot depth.Then at the situation of induction motor’s optimal slot shape,using the finite element software to simulate finite element model which has different rotor slot depth.The final results are same with the analytical method.At the situation of induction motor’s optimal slot shape and the critical value of slot depth.To increase the magnetic suspension structure and change the thickness of the brass ring in the magnetic suspension structure.Then using the finite element software to simulation.Comprehensive analysis the impact on the radial air gap flux density of the leakage magnetic field which is field winding and magnetic levitation winding;Based on the relevant theory of synchronous motor to analyze the mathematical model of induction motor. |
