With the development of the automobile industry,electric vehicles have become a more and more popular means of transportation.The birth of electric vehicles has promoted the progress of various industries and technologies;one of the key technologies is the number of electric vehicle charging technology.Electric vehicle charging technology development driving force and goal has been faster and safer.Wired charging operation is relatively complex,easy to produce a spark,the charging process in the rain,the snow under bad conditions,charging risk increases greatly.These problems are a big obstacle to the development of electric vehicles;compared with wired charging,wireless charging method is more simple no contact,no loss,the risk of electric shock will be much smaller.Based on the law of electromagnetic induction and the principle of resonance and coupling,this dissertation studies the topology and control strategy of the new wireless charging system for electric vehicles.Wireless charging system is proposed in this dissertation is mainly divided into three modules: the first module adopts AC/DC structure with double closed-loop control,the main achievement of the AC power rectifier and high frequency inverter into high frequency input source module,and a power factor correction function,improve the power factor and reduce the current harmonic content.In order to reduce the pollution to the grid system;second modules for loosely coupled transformer module,wireless transmission of energy,to appropriate compensation mechanisms,improve the transmission efficiency;the third module is using DC/DC structure with double closed-loop control,the output voltage of the rectifier transformer is loosely coupled,and real-time control according to the load requirements.In order to realize the control of battery charging.A detailed analysis of the theory of electric vehicle wireless charging technology,the energy of non-contact model and transmission model of modeling is derived,and the correctness of the model is verified by simulation and experiment.In the MATLAB/Simulink simulation environment for charging control system,set up the AC/DC,magnetic coupling and DC/DC transform circuit;the simulation experiment was carried out on the battery charging process,and the design of the charging system of PCB.The final hardware platform to verify the feasibility and stability of the scheme.
