Electric vehicles vehicles gain a lot of attention in modern society for its environmental friendly feature.With the rapid development of technology,wired charging is no longer the only charging method,the emerging wireless charging technology receives more and more attention.Comparing with wired charging,this charging technology are more flexible and safer.And thus,electric vehicles with wireless charging technology represents the future orientation of development.Combined with domestic and foreign research on the wireless charging technology of electric vehicles,this paper studies highly efficient electromagnetic induction wireless charging.Based on the analysis of four wireless energy transmission methods,the main contents of this paper are put forward.Having carried out a detailed theoretical analysis of series and parallel resonant circuits,and deducted the formula of SS model and SP model,finally,the author got the result which showed the advantages of SS compensation structure model.The main research work of the wireless charging technology of electric vehicles includes:First,in terms of the power factor correction circuit(PFC),the author completed its' circuit structure design,soft-switching technology design,and single-cycle control of the bridge-free PFC circuit simulation.Besides,she also completed the calculation and selection of hardware parameters.Second,in terms of the wireless energy transfer circuit,the author completed the power and efficiency analysis.Through modeling and simulation,she analyzed the factors of power and efficiency,and which contributed to the circuit parameter design.Furthermore,she analyzed the efficiency of wireless transmission under the conditions of with and without control strategy,and conducted simulations on Matlab/siumlink to validate the correctness of the model in both cases,and completed the calculation of the hardware parameters.Third,in terms of charge control circuit,the author mainly used the fuzzy PID control technology to study the battery recharging phase.By reducing gas precipitation,temperature rise was kept under control,which ensured high efficiency charging.Fourth,Through Matlab/siumlink simulation platform,the author structured simulation model for each part to verify the correctness of the design,and she also finished the design of control circuit with STM32F407ZGT6 chip.
