With the pressure of both energy pinch and environmental pollution, most industries need transformation. As a new type of vehicles without pollution,Electric vehicles(EVs)will become the main developing aspect. However, the main problem to prevent the development is the inconvenience when EV is charged.Make the best of photovoltaic(PV)is known as a good way to solve these problems in micro-grid.When the micro-grid works independently,it is necessary to consider whether the PV can meet the EVs charging demand. When the micro-grid works with distribution network, the charging load of EVs will affect the safe and stable operation of the distribution network. It is necessary to make a coordinated control in EV and PV.Firstly, the definition of micro-grid is summarized and the operation mode and the factors that affect the PV power generation system are analyzed.Based on these introduction, the simple structure of micro-grid is proposed, which is the basis of optimized disposition and distribution network dispatch in micro-grid.Secondly,the categories and charging characteristics of EV are analyzed and charging power of EV is modeled with the factors of charging time. The Monte Carlo method is used to estimate the model.Take the EVs operating in office area as an example, the entry and departure time of and the initial SOC of EV are analyzed and the charging power can be calculated. The results show that the charging load is higher from 10:00 to 14:00.Thirdly,the model for optimized allocation with calculating the overlap area is proposed in this part. The overlap area that consists of charging power curve of EV and output power of PV is calculated first. The maximum overlap area is calculated with the particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO)in different weather. The case study shows the maximum numbers of EVs which can be charged at the same time only with the output power of PV.In the last part,a scheduling strategy of the distribution network considering the uncertainty of PV output is proposed.Because of the uncertainty of PV output, the historical data and meteorological information are modularized according to the seasons and weather types, the artificial neural network is used to predict the PV output.Based on this,an optimal strategy of the distribution network is proposed.Different charging plans are scheduled based on whether EVs are subordinated to the orders. The PSO is used to solve the problem which aims at minimizing the power loss and satisfies the charging demand.Take the actual local distribution network as an example, the simulation results verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed strategy.
