To achieve the sustainable development of energy and increasing power needs of the society,the distributed generation becomes an important part of power supply.It has many advantages,such as environmental protection,local power generation,reduction of power loss and delay power line update.As an effective centralized management mode of distributed generation,micro-grid has been paid more attention and developed vigorously.At the same time,with the gradual development and popularization of electric vehicles,it will be more conducive to energy conservation,environmental protection and reduce losses,through the distributed generation supply to electric vehicles' charging.But the meteorological conditions have a great effect on distributed generations,such as wind turbine and photovoltaic array.Meanwhile,it's random for the electric vehicles' charging time and charging capacity.Considering the above uncertainties,how to realize the reliable operation of micro-grid and optimize the power supply is the key point in the research of micro-grid.Therefore,this paper study on the optimal configuration of micro-grid containing electric vehicles.The specific contents are as follows:(1)Establish micro-grid sources and electric vehicle models.Different types of distributed generation and electric vehicles(EVs)in micro-grid are analyzed.Set up the model which considering the working principle and operation characteristics of photovoltaic array,wind turbine and battery.Analyzing the operation characteristics,charge and discharge characteristics of electric vehicles to simulate annual load.Set up electric vehicles and micro-grid load time series model.(2)Optimal configuration of grid-connected micro-grid with electric vehicle battery swap station.Considering the existence of electric vehicle battery swap station(BSS),wind turbine,photovoltaic and energy storage in the grid-connected micro-grid,the micro-grid grid-connected and independent operation strategy are proposed to rationally use the resources of distribution network and consider the actual operation of grid-connected micro-grid.With the micro-sources annual total economic cost as objective,considering the grid-connected micro-grid independent and reliable operation under the grid fault condition in a short time,exchange restrictions between micro-grid and grid system,and the effect of different operation strategies on battery life,the Niching Bacterial foraging algorithm is adopted to obtain the optimal schemes of different operation modes.According to the simulation results,the functions and characteristics of different micro-grid operation strategies are analyzed.(3)Optimal configuration of standalone micro-grid considering uncertainties of electric vehicles and PV/wind sources.In view of the existence of electric vehicles in the standalone micro-grid.The price incentive model and monte carlo method were applied to simulating different management modes of EV load.Based on scenario generation and K-medoids cluster,the sizing configuration would be done by using Niching Bacterial foraging algorithm in typical scenarios with the objective to minimize the annual cost.Based on the simulation results,the effects of different energy management modes on the annual charge and discharge cost of EV users and the annual cost of micro-grid are analyzed.
