With the rapid de velopment of domestic economies and transportations,bridge has been widely applied in crossing road and rail.The swivel construction technology,as a newly-developing method in bridge construction,will have little impact on the traffic line under the bridge.This technology let ground work replace aloft work and it ensures high construction speed arid high economic benefits.Due to Track beam support,pusher with no balance weight could twist with no balance weight added,which greatly reduced construction work before swivel.It has a handsome application prospect in heavy traffic district construction and overpass beam construction.Therefore,it is necessary to research this swivel construction technology,in order to provide a reference for future design.This theses will introduce the application and development situation of bridge swivel construction technology and explain the basic structure of this technology.We researched the construction scheme and key technology of steel truss beam without balance weights of jacking construction,designed track beam for pushing swivel,and analyzed the stress state and deformation of track beam by Midas.After that,we tested the response of swivel structure during the swivel process.Combining the test and software-calculated result,we analyzed the reliability of this technology.The results show us that under the premise that track beam is designed reasonable,it is safe and reliable to apply this technology to steel truss.The analysis and calculation results of this theses could provide a reference for reliability judgement in steel truss pushing swivel construction with no balance weight.
