My country’s economic growth and material and cultural needs are also increasing,in order to meet the demand for the development of transportation is indispensable,especially the railway urgently needs development.The bridge swivel construction method appears to reduce the impact of bridge construction on the operation of existing lines.The swivel construction method can be used in special areas,so the future development prospect of the swivel construction method is broad.The purpose is to ensure the safety,stability,economy and rapid development of the swivel bridge construction.Based on the example of Dashu Village Longchuanjiang Third Line Bridge Pier Swivel Construction Bridge,the design and construction of the pier swivel ball hinge system are described in detail,the structural construction method is optimized,and the pier is designed in detail according to the structural characteristics and construction environment.The swivel body is widened to improve the safety of the construction,so that the swivel body can proceed smoothly;Using ABAQUS and Midas civil finite element analysis software to carry out refined simulation simulation of the swivel ball hinge and the swivel structure widening part,analyze the force situation of the ball hinge under the vertical load in the pier,and study the different center The influence of the angle on the stress of the spherical hinge to obtain a reasonable range of center angle;This paper also designs and analyzes the widened parts of the swivel structure in the pier,so as to verify that the structural design can meet construction requirements.The corresponding conclusions obtained through research are:(1)This paper introduces the new construction technology,construction control points,the composition of the pier-turning system and the turning principle in the pier-turning construction,and provides reference for similar projects in the future.(2)This article introduces in detail the difference between the pier-turning construction and the pier-top turning and pier-bottom turning construction,and designs a new bracket structure to solve the problem of insufficient construction space in the pier-turning structure,and analyzes the choice of the swivel position.(3)The elastoplastic mechanics and contact mechanics are used to theoretically calculate the force of the spherical hinge structure to obtain an analytical solution and the numerical solution obtained by the ABAQUS finite element analysis software.It is verified that the calculation results of elastic mechanics and contact mechanics can be applied to actual engineering.Combined with theoretical calculations,a reasonable range of values for the center angle of the spherical joint is proposed,and verified by the ABAQUS finite element model.(4)Through ABAQUS,it is analyzed that the stress of the spherical hinge has nothing to do with the friction coefficient,and the stress distribution law of the spherical hinge is obtained,which verifies the accuracy of the theoretical analysis.(5)According to the stress characteristics of the pier system,the stress of the swivel structure of the pier is analyzed,and the Midas civil finite element model is used to verify that the structural design meets the construction requirements.To ensure that the traction equipment meets the requirements. |
