With the rapid urbanization of China and limited urban land supply,the scale of cities is expanding.A number of population-developing towns become more bustling and are forming a dependent scale gradually.For education and work,stable passenger flows start from towns to cities come to be mature.To meet the needs,more and more cities start the planning and construction of urban rail transit.The paper analyzes the passenger flows between towns and cities,summarizes the scale and basic characteristics of the flows.Also we discusse the optimization steps of the train operation plan which helps to play the transport capacity and enhance the efficiency.And then,this paper analyzes the factors of the operation plan and expatiates the adaptability between the lines and plans.Above all,the optimization of stop plan is design in this paper.The main contents of this paper include the following three points.First,streamline the line planning in the marshalling,routing and stop-schedule selection process.Analyze the main factors of the line planning through three aspects,including passenger needs,cost and technology.Describe the problem of non-stop-schedule plan,and do the basic work for the establishment of stop optimization model.Analyze the spatial distribution of urban rail transit routes and the distribution characteristics of urban rail transit passenger flow.And also summarize the time and spatial distribution of passenger flow in urban rail transit.Second,analyze the composition of the rail transit-passengers travel time and transportation enterprises operating-costs of the elements in detail.Set the numbers of train stops and the numbers of train runs as decision variables in single line overtaking situation.Establish a minimum cost optimization model aimed at the total travel time and rail transportation business operating costs.The model is considered as a 0-1 nonlinear programming.Considering the type of the model,and the reliability of the realization,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem.In the search process of particle swarm algorithm,the scientific method of searching for the speed and location of the model is designed.It ensures that the search process can proceed smoothly during the solution of the discrete model with the 0-1 variable.Third,this paper validates the practicality of the optimization model by applying the theoretical basis and the optimization method of this paper to do the line planning of the rail transit train in Weifang City.Predicte the Weifang City rail transit Line R1 in the early,recent and long-term passenger flow through the passenger distribution.In the case of passenger flow distribution and line direction,the number of train marshalling in each period is calculated and the train routiong is determined.The calculation parameters of the stop optimization model are determined,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is implemented by Matlab programming.The OD flow of the Line R1 is introduced into the program to find the optimal solution,and the early,short and long term line plannings of Line R1 are obtained.Analyzing the above questions,this paper makes some achievements but not enough.On the one hand,the models can consider a more scientific method to calibrate the importance of passenger travel time;on the other hand,we can also analyze the contribution of walking distance in order to make the optimization results more accurate in the future.
