Link quality is one of the hottest research topic in the field of wireless sensor network in micro grid communication.Wireless link quality which with nonlinear and non-stationary randomness parts is difficult to predict the reliability and control.In order to solve this problem,this thesis proposes a wireless link communication reliability confidence interval prediction algorithm which based on wavelet neural network and proposes a link reliability control algorithm which based on fuzzy control theory.Through decouple the wireless communication link quality and depart the nonlinear and non-stationary randomness parts.We construct the wavelet neural network prediction model.Based on the result.We adopt the fuzzy control model to control the power of the wireless sensor node which has improved the stability and reliability of the link quality.In this thesis,the main work is as follows:1.Based on the objective of reliability requirement of communication network in the micro grid,analysis the characteristics of wireless sensor network communication,the factors which affecting the reliability of wireless communication link and the mathematical model of wireless communication link.2.Base on the mathematical model of wireless communication link,analyzed the link quality indicator and the coupling ingredients in wireless communication link quality,We proposed link reliability confidence interval prediction algorithm of Wireless communication.What's more,we research the characterization of signal to noise ratio which can approximate represent the link quality in the algorithm and the confidence interval prediction algorithm which based on wavelet neural network.Test the link reliability confidence interval prediction algorithm of wireless communication in the micro grid environment and compared with Kalman-filter,BP neural network and ARIMA prediction algorithm.The result has proved the feasibility and superiority of the proposed algorithm in this thesis.3.According to the link reliability confidence interval prediction results.This thesis proposes a node power control system structure of wireless sensor network,Study the of wireless sensor network communication link quality reliability control algorithm which based on fuzzy control in micro power grid.And through the test of micro power grid environment,verified the stability and reliability of the optimization control results.4.The communication system of wireless sensor network of power grid system of solar power generation system.We tested the wireless sensor network quality prediction algorithm and fuzzy power control algorithm in this thesis.The results show that,The wireless communication link reliability confidence interval prediction algorithm and wireless sensor network node power control which based on fuzzy control algorithm can accurately predict real-time link quality confidence interval of the next moment and can adjusting node power to realize the control of the link quality reliability.
