Research On High Speed And High Voltage AC Insulation Monitoring

Based on the development of nuclear fusion energy in the background of the energy crisis,this paper introduces the superconducting Tokamak EAST,and expounds the important role of EAST fast control power supply.And because of its high output power,output to high voltage of the thousands of volts and high current of the thousands of amperes,the insulation problem is very important.This topic is for insulation monitoring of EAST fast control power output bus,suitable for high speed high voltage AC working environment.Starting from multilevel inverter technology,this paper introduces the working principle,structure topology,phase shift control and output characteristics of EAST fast control power supply system.The particularity of the output bus as the insulation monitoring object is analyzed.The application of insulation monitoring technology in DC field is analyzed,and the principle of insulation monitoring of DC system is expounded.The high voltage and high speed AC insulation monitoring technology applied to EAST fast control power supply is introduced.In this paper,the hardware and software design of the high voltage AC insulation monitoring device is described in detail and the content of the version update in the process of the research is also described.This article uses the simulation platform to build simulation experiments under different conditions,analysis of the simulation waveform,followed by experimental verification,the feasibility of the design of insulation monitoring in high speed under the condition of high voltage AC proof.At the end,the paper is summarized and the direction of the next step is chosen.
