With the promotion of electric vehicles,the corresponding energy supply facility charging pile has been developing more and more fast.The current installation of the charging pile is often laid in the form of building charging stations,and the distance between charging stations is so far.At the same time,there are so many charging piles which distributed scattered,the management of the charging piles needs to invest a lot of manpower and financial resources and it also costs so much to operating piles.Therefore,the design of a functional and simple operation of the electric vehicle operation and management system becomes a most important problem for current development of electric vehicles to solve.Through the analysis and research of the traditional charging pile management system,this paper designs a distributed electric vehicle operation and management system based on three-tier structure.The paper elaborates the development status of electric vehicle and its charging facilities,and briefly introduces the.NET platform and Socket communications technology used in research.System uses three-tier structure to develop,design the overall structure and main functions according to the functional and non-functional requirements.The main functions include the management of charging piles,the management of system users and the maintenance of oper-ation platform.The system consists of four modules: the card management module,the data acquisition module,the charging pile management module,and the front interface.Each module has a clear function and cooperates with each other to complete the management and operation of the system.The system has been developed and gradually put into use.
