In order to ensure the large-scale development of electric vehicle industry,one of the seven strategic emerging industries in China,it is necessary to improve the information level of charging facilities and build a secure operating environment for charging facilities.Electric vehicle charging pile is one of the entrances to the Internet of energy.In the aspect of information security of electric vehicle charging facilities,it is essential to prevent accidents before they happen and make arrangements in advance.This paper takes the distributed electric vehicle charging pile as the research object and focuses on the information security protection technology of the charging pile,taking into account of the security and feasibility and the communication characteristics of the distributed electric vehicle charging pile.The information security protection technology of the charging pile,security protection program implementation and charging pile key management and other issues are studied in this paper.First of all,this paper studies the physical architecture of distributed electric vehicle charging pile and its communication technology,and determines the hardware and software design indicators of the charging pile and the networking characteristics of the charging pile communication.This paper deeply analyze the communication protocol of charging pile-electric vehicle BMS,and the charging process of charging pile is studied and its message is classified.Based on the information security threat analysis of the charging pile,its information security requirements are determined.Secondly,for the sake of improving the capability of information security protection of the charging pile and taking charge pile as the center,this paper designs the information security protection scheme of charging pile-background service management center based on authentication and encryption by means of using AES algorithm and HMAC-SHA256 algorithm.Considering four aspects such as the charging pile-charge card,charging pile-its APP,charging pile-its control cabinet,charging pile-electric vehicle BMS,the effective preventive measures and reasonable security strategies are given.Then,with the purpose of offering a practical reference for the implementation of information security protection scheme of the charging pile,a communication simulation platform of the charging pile is built and the application layer communication protocol of the charging pile-BSMC is designed in this paper.Based on authentication and encryption,a scheme of information security protection between the charging pile and backstage service management center is implemented and the transmission time of four security cases is measured.The effect of information security protection scheme on real-time transmission is quantified.Finally,to meet the demand of key management of the charging pile,this paper studies a kind of key negotiation method based on symmetric encryption.In consideration of the communication characteristics of the charging pile,a light-weight key management scheme called CPKMS is designed based on the three-layer structure of the BSMC-control cabinet-charging pile.The design idea and process of CPKMS are expounded in detail and its security and efficiency is analyzed.
