As a kind of non-lethal weapons,sonic denial equipment is widely used in various occasions such as counterterrorism stability,regional alert,maritime law enforcement,border protection and airport anti-bird system to safeguard national interests and security,and protect people's lives and property recently.Furthermore,the high sound pressure level electromagnetic transducer which is the core component of sonic denial equipment can ensure high sound pressure and high directivity output of sonic denial equipment.This paper is based on the actual project requirements of a police equipment research laboratory.The project aims to develop a set of vehicle-mounted sonic denial equipment with completely independent intellectual property rights.Main task of this paper is to develop new electromagnetic transducers to be well-suited for this equipment.Firstly,the paper investigates the related research status at home and abroad,elaborates the necessity for developing high sound pressure level electromagnetic transducer,analyzes the performance index of sonic denial equipment,gets the performance parameter of singleton electromagnetic transducer,proposes high sensitivity output theory of the transducer,accomplishes overall structural design of the new electromagnetic transducer,establishes equivalent circuit model and explores the real efficiency factors of transducer.Secondly,around the ultimate goal of high sensitivity,the paper complete the detailed design of electromagnetic transducer's magnetic circuit modules,vibration component modules,phase-plug and horn modules.Based on virtual assembly of electromagnetic transduction,which is achieved by virtual prototype technology,this section deeply analyses multi-physics coupling characteristics of this electromagnetic transducer and complete the coupling simulation analysis of virtual prototype.In order to provide a basis for arrangement array of sonic denial equipment,the part also study the array characteristics of this electromagnetic transduce.Finally,I accomplished produce and test procedure of the electromagnetic transducer.The test results show that the max SPL of new electromagnetic transducer is more than 130 dB when the input power is 25 W,so this electromagnetic transducer well meets the design requirements of this project.
