Global energy depletion and environmental pollution,it is necessary to develop renewable energy such as wind power. As a clean and renewable energy, wind power is abundant in the whole world which is more efficient in utilization and energy conversion and more mature in development technology comparing with other energy. But due to the inherent disadvantages such as the randomness and volatility of the wind, there is also uncertainty about the power of wind power.According to the uncertainties caused by grid-connected wind power, the interval forecast method is used to predict the wind power output and load, and the coupling theory is used to study the coupling relationship between wind power output and load,so as to satisfy the wind power output and load forecasting error of the system reserve capacity.Based on the reserve capacity of the system, considering the cost of spare capacity in the future operation mode of the electricity market, and then solved the spare capacity allocation problem with power system. After determining the reserve capacity to meet the wind power output and load forecasting error, the economic dispatching model of power system with wind power is established, and the mature electricity market operation model and environment pollution problem are taken into account. The cost of energy purchase, the cost of environmental pollution penalty Finally,an improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is used to solve the model, and an example is given to show that the model is correct and effective.
