Based on the strategic background of developing green energy put forward in the important meeting of the China “thirteen five” plan.Most of scholars at home and abroad study on making clean wind energy enter into power grid smoothly and efficiently.However,the randomness of wind reduces the utilization of wind energy and seriously affects the power quality of going into grid.Adopting wind and clean hydrogen joint power generation is one of means to effectively solve the problem.Super-capacitors have the advantage of high power density and quick charging and discharging so that it is an ideal choice for the most of scholars to stabilize the fluctuation power causing by the delay response of the electrolyzer and the fuel cell.Therefore,the integrated grid-connected system of wind power/hydrogen/fuel cell studied in paper has profoundly theoretical research significance and engineering promotion value.First of all,the paper establishes the model of permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG),electrolyzer(EL),compressor(CM),hydrogen tank(HT),fuel cell(FC)and super-capacitors(SC).And adopting a kind of new structure of PMSG,EL,FC and SC connected to DC-bus.Secondly,the paper deduces the control equations of all units of integrated system,and a coordinated control strategy is proposed for the characteristics of each model of the integrated grid-connected system of wind power/hydrogen/fuel cell.The proposed control strategy realizes that the energy is distributed reasonably into power unit(wind turbine),energy unit(electrolyzer and fuel cell)and power unit(super-capacitors).And the control strategy also assures that pressure of hydrogen tank and SOC of SC runs within safe range,the wind efficiency is improved,the DC bus voltage fluctuation is stabilized and the internet power is smoothed.Finally,The integrated grid-connected system of wind/hydrogen/fuel cell is built up and simulated in the PSCAD.The validity of the mathematical model of each unit of the integrated system and the effectiveness of the control strategy are verified by simulation results.And the simulation results show that the energy unit can compensate or absorb the difference between the generated fluctuating wind power and the grid power consumption in a long time range,and the power unit can smooth the power due of response delay of EL and FC in a short time range.Simultaneously,the power output of hybrid system is consistent with load demand all the time.
