As an important process in the transmission line,tension line construction was from the human exhibition guide rope gradually developed into the use of power umbrella,unmanned aerial vehicles,etc.The site of wiring construction is complex,so it cannot carry out the whole experiment.Manually calculating construction parameters may cause waste of resources or ignoring potential hazards.At present,the dynamic line process simulation research is still very uncommon.In this paper,it will be based on the Huainan-Nanjing-Shanghai UHV cross-section transmission line project to prepare the wire construction program;and dynamic simulation of the construction is carried out to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the wire pulley.According to the characteristics of 1000 kV multi-split wire construction,the paper will be mainly for the construction of site layout,construction of the main process,the construction of machinery and equipment.And the simulation of the tension line system is carried out by using ADAMS virtual prototyping technology.The wires are built by using the method of bushing and macro command language.The speed is optimized by simplifying the model into a two-wire form and using the script simulation to control the number of contact forces.The paper will select crossover as dynamic simulation system to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the system.And analyze the dynamic characteristics of the system by extracting the vertical load and the lateral load of pulley and the collision force with the traction plate.The dynamic simulation can be used to determine the time and position of the maximum tension of the wire and traction rope.The simulation results are compared with the theoretical formula,and the error is about 5%.The axial speed of the wire is maintained at 1m / s;the axial tension and impact force will surge when the traction plate through the pulley.At the end of this paper,the paper takes the finite element method to analyze the stress of the wire.This paper summarizes the working method of multi-split and large cross-section tension display,which can provide reference for the future construction.The instantaneous tension of wares becomes higher than the normal tension of the wire about 2 times at the beginning,so the speed should be slow down when the traction plate close to the pulley.Through the simulation of this paper,it is easy to find the potential danger in the construction so as to adjust the traction force of the traction equipment in the actual construction operation,to realize the mechanized work better,and to provide the reference for the actual construction of the project.
