It is of great practical significance to study the new and efficient production methods to overcome the shortage of labor intensity and the low efficiency of production line under the present situation of artificial code blanks before sintering of brick billet into kiln.This topic is aimed at the development of robot automatic auxiliary production line.Based on single-stage brick slag extrusion,PLC as the control core,with multi-station sensor detection,to achieve the exact brick group and fine cloth blank.The use of code billet robot to complete the code blank operation to further improve production efficiency to meet the modern production needs and the rapid development of enterprises.This paper first introduces the origin,background and significance of the research,and focuses on the main problems of the kiln process and the brick processing process.On the basis of consulting the relevant literature,this paper analyzes the research status of robot code production line both at home and abroad.Aiming at the problems in the process of brick blank cutting and blanking and the process of code transportation,the design scheme was developed.Secondly,the function of robot automatic auxiliary production line is analyzed.In the first part,the mechanical structure of the cutting bar is analyzed,and the basic principle and the production process of the cutting machine and cutting machine are described in detail.In the second part,the mechanical structure of the blank and the blanking mechanism is analyzed,and the velocity parameters of the blank and the blank are analyzed and calculated.In the third part,the structure of the blanks is designed,the mechanical structure is analyzed,the process of the blanks is described in detail,and the billet ends are analyzed theoretically.The fourth part of the design of the robot code billet system,the code blank robot hardware selection and its parameters introduced.Details of the robot manual teaching box to teach the external start of the automatic regeneration of the running process,and the robot control cabinet wiring and brick kiln car code installed a detailed description of the way.Thirdly,the hardware design of the control system is analyzed in detail.The control system hardware selection,electronic control schematic diagram,the robot code blank system control cabinet has been described.We have analyzed the program programming of XCPProsoftware,and designed the hardware selection and control principle of the pneumatic system.We introduced in detail the man-machine interface hardware selection and Touchwin configuration man-machine screen boarding,manual and parameter design.Finally,we have run the system debugging in the workshop test site with the kiln furnace production line.The reliability of the robot control sub-production line control system programming,pneumatic control system,man-machine interface and brick conveyance equipment is verified.
