Concrete admixture is an important material to improve and regulate the performance of concrete.Rational use of concrete admixtures can improve the workability of concrete,improving the strength and durability of concrete.With the continuous improvement of admixture technology,the proportion of admixtures in concrete is becoming less and less.So traditional admixture measurement methods cannot meet the requirements of many high-end construction projects.Therefore,it is an important task to design a new type of metering system,which can be used to measure the amount of concrete.This thesis analyzes the working principle and characteristics of the traditional additive measuring system.Combining with years of experience in installation,finds the error sources of traditional additive measuring system through the actual production data research.Conclusions are that the traditional admixture measurement system is easily affected by external force,gap and other factors,so it is difficult to realize the measuring trace.In order to avoid these disadvantages,the paper has changed the way of measuring the amount of additives,and designed the way of measuring the flow rate of the turbine flowmeter.Among them,the core part of the admixture metering device has been calculated and selected in detail.This thesis analyses the design principle and technical specifications of the design According to the working characteristics of the turbine flowmeter,the necessary conditions for realizing the design are obtained.On this basis,a new additive measurement system was designed.According to the requirements of national standard GB/T27738-2011 "Automatic Gravity Type Automatic Loading Weighing Instrument",a set of test methods for this system has been developed,and the performance of the system has been verified.Through the experiments,the comprehensive performance is better than the traditional additive measuring system of the system.Not only can be used in the normal weight of the additive,but also when added to lkg,the error still could be controlled within 1%,therefore,the design can satisfy the actual production requirements of the mixing station.The design realizes the micro measurement of the admixture by changing the measuring way of the admixture,solving a problem of the concrete mixing station.And also provides a new research direction for the measurement method of other materials.
